Our Vegan Meal Prep Program is a convenient option for individuals who would like to implement healthier eating habits but dont have time to prepare meals everyday, vegan individuals who would like to try new dishes, as well as individuals who would like an introduction into a vegan lifestyle.
We offer Weekly & Monthly Plans with the option of pick up or delivery. Plans include 2 meals per day (Lunch & Dinner) as well as light & healthy snacks.

A very unique place! To go orders only from a rural farm in the middle of the island, created in a food trailer parked in the back. The chef is amazing! Best vegan meal I've had on island so far! Highly, highly recommended!

Last night we had our team dinner catered by Common Sense Plates - the food was amazing! The best part was that even our avowed meat eaters loved the Lentil Wellington with Mushroom Gravy. The seasoning across all of the plates was perfect. The Star Fruit drinks were great as well. Everything was neatly packaged for us and ready for pick up right on time. We had plenty of food for all, and everyone went in for seconds! I highly recommend the team at Common Sense Plates and Drinks for your next group meal

A natural chef, with the rare ability of seamlessly blending flavors in such a manor that it brings each and every taste bud to LIFE. Common Sense plates are HUGE, with a healthy portion in each and every serving. Couple that with a CommonSense Locally flavored juice, and it’s safe to say you’ve made the best breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, or Dinner decision you could make !
